Volunteer Board Member for Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta

Description of Charity/Foundation:
The Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta provides programs and services though out Alberta to support and enrich the lives of persons with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. Our programs are funded through United Way, granters and our Clothing Donation Program.

Description of Role:
The CPAA is seeking a board member with accounting experience to assist board members with understanding financial statements, budgets and audit process.

Certification/Education Required:
Any certified professional is preferred.

Applicable Interests:
Disabilities, advocacy, social enterprise
Meetings held approx every 4-6 weeks.

Duration:
2 Years or More
